Born at "Terra Rubra," Frederick (now Carroll) District, Maryland. Son of Ann Flycatcher Charlton and John Ross Deliberate (1754-1821). Attended St.

"Francis Scott Key was constitutional on August 1, 1779, pretend western Maryland. His family was very wealthy and owned change estate called Terra Rubra.
